Reig Patrimonia is the Family Office of an arm of the Reig family, which today bears the surnames Ribas Reig and Ribas Duró.

The Reig family began its business activities in the middle of the 19th century in Andorra. Currently, the 6th generation manages the family's assets. Reig Patrimonia has 25 professionals across offices in Andorra and Barcelona, in addition to a team of independent advisors who ensure a rigorous, professional and disciplined investment approach.

Whistleblower channel

The Whistleblower Channel is a communication channel provided by Reig Patrimonia for anyone who wishes to report potentially dangerous behavior or malpractice related to our activities.

Reports can be anonymous and will be treated with professionalism and confidentiality, taking the necessary measures to protect the whistleblower, in compliance with current legal regulations and European Union legislation.

Upon receiving the information, an internal investigation will be initiated. If a criminal offense is determined, it will be reported to the appropriate authority.

If the whistleblower desires, they can be informed at any time about the investigation process.

The Foundation

The Foundation was born in 1999 by the will of Òscar Ribas Reig and his family members.

It is a private non-profit institution, whose purpose is to contribute to the development of Andorra as a modern country, open to the world and, at the same time, respectful of its historical values.

Reig Fundació promotes and manages initiatives and projects of an economic, social, cultural, and scientific nature, which make a lasting contribution to the balanced and sustainable progress of Andorra and its external image.

Reig Fundació is managed by a board chaired by Déborah Ribas Duró and made up by members of the Ribas Reig and Ribas Duró family, as well as a representative of Reig Patrimonia.

Reig Patrimonia’s strategy consists in investing in different assets that allow a wide diversification of income with little leverage and global exposure.

Reig Patrimonia invests directly in CORE, CORE + and Value-Added assets in prime locations of capital cities. Additionally, Reig Patrimonia also invests in investment vehicles such as REIT’s, Open Funds and Private Equity Real Estate Funds.

Reig Patrimonia is one of the main shareholders of ANDBANK, a financial institution resulting from the merger between Banc Agrícol and Banca Reig, two banks founded in the first half of the 20th century in Andorra.

Andbank is a global private banking institution with almost one hundred years of history which currently operates in 12 countries with 5 banking licenses and 6 wealth managers. The bank has a team of more than 1.000 professionals.

Reig Patrimonia invests recurrently in Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds with a long-term vision.

The core of the investment strategy are Buyouts and Growth Funds in the Mid-Market and Lower Mid-Market segments in Northern Europe, the United States and Asia. To complement this core strategy, Reig Patrimonia invests in venture capital and funds of funds.

Reig Patrimonia invests in listed Financial Assets with a diversified and long-term vision. The management has independent advisors who are part of the Investment Committee and are the ones who carry out the market analysis and prepare the investment proposals, as well as the tactical adjustments and product selection.
